We are a full scale mobile kitchen owned and operated by a trained Chef. We go through all of the standard steps that a traditional restaurant would such as health inspections. We serve high quality, local, delicious food that matches or exceeds the quality you would find in a sit down restaurant. We use locally raised beef, we make most of our ingredients from scratch like handmade buns, hand cut fries, pickles, sauces and more, and we source seasonal ingredients from local farmers like Forager Farms.

If you’ve never been to a food truck because you prefer to sit-down and eat, don’t fret. It’s a different experience but just as fun if you’re up for an adventure. You could sit at a picnic table by the truck and soak up the sun, grab a blanket and head to a local park, enjoy it on the boat cruising down the Missouri, take it home, take it to your office, take it to your Grandma’s house, or just eat it in your car.
